As a strategy and change consultancy since 1991, HBMC has worked for over 140 organisations.  These include over 30 Local Authorities, several Health Authorities/PCTs, various institutions of higher education, a range of consortia, partnership bodies and professional organisations (e.g. The Law Society), a number of small firms and at least 60 national, regional and local organisations in the voluntary, arts, housing and community regeneration sectors.

 Examples of consultancy work include:

  • Evaluation of income generation workstrand (for ACEVO)
  • Assisting Personal Finance Education Group (pfeg) in successful tender to DCSF/Treasury to deliver financial capability training for primary and secondary schools

  • Valuing People Support Team (Department of Health) change programme including facilitating Action Learning Sets in London, and in South East and South West England
  • Review of the Neighbourhood Facilitation Service for Newham Local Strategic Partnership
  • Two strategic reviews for London based charity to go national, develop product range and then assist with implementation to maintain leading and competitive edge
  • Extensive advice and facilitation of two very successful mergers within the charitable sector – results of merger work praised by Home Office Minister
